game laging

to not have game lag going on...
1 good Graphics Card at1GB or 2GB
2 alot of memory at 4GB
3 good Processor...
4 modem and Network provider with good speed 16mb
5 services turn off not needed or runing but not all of them.....
tip dont ues a Wireless Network USB Adapter as ethernet cable is better and more direct and stable...
