In order to rank up you need to duel someone of the same rank or higher. Notice: You do not go from Initiate to veteran hirdmen if you beat a veteran hirdmen! You always go up one step at a time.


As of the moment and for a while, the leader rank will not be able to be contested for. But once the group is up and running with more members the current leader will resign and people will be able to duel for it.
