Roguelike mod for Overgrowth

Undergrowth is a fast paced rogue lite mod about exploration and survival in an infinite procedurally generated world.

Features

Big world. Go where you want, when you want and for the reasons you want. None of that linear stuff. Pursue your own goals. Fight for Rabbit clans or just wander in the vast forest of Undergrowth looking for adventures and treasures.
Day/night cycle with dynamic weather system that affects survivability and the world around you.
Hunger/thirst system, manage your ressources appropriately or die unprepared.
4 fighting styles with levels and special mastery powers.
Merchants, as you travel the world look for good prices and provisions.
Dynamic quest system with currently 12 quest types.
Minimalistic equipment system to keep the game fast flowing.
4 skills that can be improved by the player in order to reflect his/her playstyle.
Character persistance. Everytime you come back to Undergrowth, your progress has been saved.
Perma death system, yet not punishing towards combativeness (it is a fighting game after all).
Diablo like randomly generated magic items (we call them trinkets).
Steal, track, assassinate your way through an endless open world filled with interactable objects.
Pray the gods and recieve their blessings.
Illness (dont drink the poo poo waters)
Some secrets and parkhour puzzles can be generated by the engine
Enemy caravans that needs to be tracked in order to be followed
Hunting parties. If you disturb the shiznit too much out there they will send bounty hunters after you.
Fear the wendigo! On a full moon, a creature from hell is roaming the forest. Stay hidden or get eaten.
Plus many many many ways to die horribly...

This patch is mainly to adress the pause menu drama:

- shuriken jitsu belt promotion will proc when throwing lances and other weapons now.
- fixed some animation issues for the sheathable spears
- fixed the Undergrowth custom pause function interfering with other mods.
- dog dojo is now a warm area
- dog dojo has lootable weapon racks
- cat dojo has a weapon lootable rack
- enemy gong now brings all enemies (not just the cut purse cats)

Hi guys, pushed an update that adresses the mod's compatibility issues with 1.3. As the day progress i will keep testing the mod and see if other details need to be looked at.

How the hell do I bring up the map? I missed it at the start of the game, and I can't seem to found out how by the classic 'smash the keyboard'.

Hi everyone. Just installed this today. I was able to get through the little introduction before going out into the world where it started to generate the map -- I let it run for at least three hours before I just force-quit the thing. Is this still working? My computer isn't THAT old...

Hey um... I found a way to restart the adventure completly !

Go to "C:/Users/(YOUR_NAME)/Documents/Wolfire/Overgrowth" and delete the "savefile.sav". It could be named "savefile.sav1", "savefile.sav3" or another number after the ".sav".

Great Mod guys! This is how I imagined the game being concept wise when I first saw screenshots many years ago. I finally got my gpu updated so I could finally play through the story. Then I came across your Mod!

Any chance of getting some controller support as there are still buttons unused (xbox controller)

or is a remapper the way around this maybe?
