I've simply lost too much motivation to carry on (so has yenoz). The main reasons are that there is a severe lack of dedication within the team, and that advice from fellow teammates seem to fall upon deaf ears. That or some of you are just too arrogant 8) to listen. Every game we've had, its always the same mistakes that we're making, and theres only so much you can really talk until you get fed up.

Also, It's hard to manage 8 players at the same time when a lot of you don't even read announcements, even after being asked countless times to read them. You can't expect me to be chasing up 6-7 people before we start, only to find out that half of them can't make it and me and yaynos have to try and find 4 different mercs in the space of about 5 minutes.

Lemme give you an example. I've written aout 3 or 4 announcements dedicated to just joining the HL Team on etf2l and heres the current state: http://etf2l.org/teams/20471/ . That's not very impressive. I take time to write these announcements so people will read and then I have to go and individually remind people to look at them. That says something about dedication.

If you wish to continue playing hl, then look into finding another team.

One last note: sorry Nik, you put a lot of your own time into the team, however it seemed that the majority never seemed to actually listen to you ¯\_( ͡°_ʖ ͡°)_/¯. The on behalf of the few of us that did, I'd like to say thanks, it was actually pretty helpful.
