Throne Of Lies Successfully Funded On Kickstarter!

Imperium42 Game Studio’s upcoming game, “Throne of Lies: The Online Game of Deceit” has been successfully funded on Kickstarter on February 24th, 2016, shortly after being successfully greenlit on Steam.

Throne of Lies is a 3D online-multiplayer social deduction game of lies and deceit, inspired by medieval politics, the Werewolf/Mafia genre and tabletop games. It’s the first indie game of this genre to be produced in full 3D for the Steam platform (PC).

The game’s Kickstarter lasted for 45 days, ending on February 24th, 2017, with 393 backers, totalling $21,795 USD. The most popular backer tier was the $10 tier, which rewards backers with two Steam keys and beta access, resulting in 130 backers total.

Hey guys i just stumbled upon this game..and it is pretty similar with ToS.I didn't play ToS for very long but i love the game so much,i got it 3 days ago and i played it for like 8 hours everyday and i just like it more every day.But i found this game and i saw that even though Tos and ToL are very similar,there are some differences,for example roles have more abilities and you can convert people from what i heard.My questions are:Is this game better than ToS?Is it more complex?Are there more players playing?Is the community the same as ToS or better?I would like some help here because i want to decide what game should i focus on.

Imperium you have probably already thought of this but I thought I'd bring it up. Will there be a tutorial? I remember that it took a while to learn how to play TOS through trial and error and was curious if you were going to add something like a tutorial. Thanks

If curious about how we execute executions (lol), look up any recent youtube vids where we recently added some sound and polish. There are TONS of content to watch, so you can probably click any video on youtube if you see version 0.9+ in the top right.

that wouldn't be Town of Salem by any chance? Honeslty I don't think they are really going to be a competitor because by the looks of Throne of Lies at the moment it seems like it will be alot better.
