New Tidy 2.0 Feature - The Metal Manager

Hi all,

I've just added a new feature to the beta, which you can check out here: http://www.tidy.tf/beta. It's called the Metal Manager, and it allows you to quickly adjust your metal count without "combining" or "smelting" your metal in TF2.

Check it out, it's in the sidebar, and let me know if you have any problems or feedback.

Hi all,

I'm super happy to announce an early beta for Tidy 2.0, a big update I've been working. It's still very much a work in progress, but I'd love to hear what you think. You access the beta site by going http://www.tidy.tf/beta.

One quick note: if you're having trouble logging in on the beta site, login on tidy.tf first and then visit the beta url. The authentication is still being a bit finicky.

As you'll see the, biggest update here is the Backpack Builder--a much more advanced tool for building out your backpack. Exchange weapons, buy stranges and cosmetics at market prices (no insane mark-ups).

There are a couple of other things coming in the next 2-3 weeks that I'm really excited about as well, but they're not ready to show yet. Stay tuned.

Please do me a huge favor and add your feedback and bug reports as comments to Tidy 2.0 feedback thread. Please note what browser you're using as well, if you're reporting a bug.

For those who missed Tidy.tf as I did, I created a very similar (sort of a clone) website - https://loot.tf

It provides the same familiar user interface like Tidy and let's you clean up your backpack from duplicate weapons, excessive metal and crates.

Scraptip feature (used by /r/tf2) is currently not implemented but might be in the future depending on user's interest.

Is tidy.tf dead? I always get sent to some YouTube to MP3 converter website instead.

Had nothing but problems so far... no recipes have worked, no responses from staff. It's like the don't care about their users, at all. I wish this wasn't the case, and if anything changes I will be more than happy to remove this negative feedback
