*** general server changes ***
- server is back online and fixed
- changed hostname to [TFDB] old school #1
- removed arenas first blood

*** plugin changes ***
Elo Ranking v1.2:
- complete rewrite
- removed playtime tracking outsourced to new plugin (Play Time Ranking)

Events v1.8:
- removed ArenaMode (1vs1) outsourced to new plugin (arenamode)

Arena Mode v0.1:
- initial release (outsourced from Events)
- arena mode should stop if another player is joining, now
- added command to manually start and stop arena mode (currently only for admin permissions accessible)

Play Time Rank v0.1
- initial release (outsourced from elo ranking)
- added some more stats to track other than the total play time (play time team RED, play time team BLUE, play time spectator)
- added commands: timerank toptime1-10
