This is a Counter Stike Global Offensive competitive match making team. There will be different groups according to rank/skill based level. For example, if you are in any Silver ranks, you will play with other silver ranks in the group. If you are Gold Nova Master, you will play with other Gold Nova's and/or Master Guardian I's
