Hello citizens of the RoX community! I want to bring everyone up to speed about whats going on currently and what needs to be done.

As most of you know, a recent update to some source games has knocked a few of our servers offline. Most notably, our TTT server. It appears that the update has been a headache for almost all TTT server owners. As I mentioned previously, I have tried to get the server squared away and running again... But it is looks like I will have to start fresh and reinstall the server. With this comes the opportunity to make changes to our TTT server that most of you have been waiting for. I'd love to be able to promise I can make this happen today, tomorrow or in a week. The truth is I can't!

Trying to juggle my day to day responsibilities as a husband, homeowner and civil servant makes little time for me to focus on the community. Now, don't start jumping to conclusions and assuming this is the end of RoX! I need you guys to pull together and help out. I know that a lot of you are not as technically savvy as I am when it comes to server management and such... but I want to start teaching willing/trustworthy individuals to take over certain areas of the communities resources.

Ideally, I'd like to have several teams of people that will manage certain areas of the community. For example: Website Administration, Game Server Administration, Communications Administration (TeamSpeak) and maybe even Server Administration..Access to the main dedicated machine that runs all of our services.

I'd really hate to see things slow down to a halt around here because of my lack of time to commit to RoX. So let's pull together and make things happen. Everyone of you is a blast to play with and each of you have your own set of skills the community can benefit from. We started off strong, slowed down a bit, came back with a swift kick to the balls and slowed down again. Let's start kicking ass and taking names again ladies and gents!

Please start PMing me if you're interested in helping out. Inclusion of your technical abilities/learning capabilities and how they might be of use would be nice.
