Description:

Getting sick of the unrefined ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that is Casual™ Mode? After playing 3k+ matches, I can finally say for sure that I'm done getting matched with players who don't actually want to play the game.

Casual™ Mode has become a sanctuary for players like Rydercycle who claim being good at the game is worse than hacking.

We welcome people of all skill levels. Just know to expect that we won't go easy on you for the sake of making you a better player.

Current Map Cycle:

- cp_powerhouse
A fun, DM-based map with size-able choke points. The breathing room on this map makes for some good back and forth high-tension game play.

- cp_5gorge
Fond memories of this map from the era that is 2007 here to provide us a unique map for the rotation.

- koth_product_rc8
Screw the poorly optimized winter version of Viaduct. We've gout ourselves the comp version to provide competitive fun ... outside of competitive!

- pl_upward
The payload of the rotation. Nothing gets people more rowdy than pushing a bomb on wheels up a hill.

- cp_process_final

The last of the prizes just walked out the door, but we've got plenty more events coming up in the near future. Make sure to continue joining our server, and make sure to invite your friends! The final night of the event! Your participation means a lot to us and hasn't gone unnoticed. Even if you came out empty handed in the end, you'll have the future to look forward to. I've been keeping track of attendance ;)

With that being said...

Tonight, two winners will be selected simultaneously. And the last of the prizes will have returned right back into the hands of the community we've been fortunate enough to have attracted.

In the end, we're here for some good fun, and a reliable server to play on. I think we both know that returning to Casual Mode is just... A really really bad idea.

In Store for the Future:

In the very near future, we'll have the early versions of our Discord Bot working to provide users with an easier method of joining the Discord, as well as staying alert to player activity on the server.

We also plan to host another vote to replace/add maps to our sever mapcycle file. More information regarding how and when you can vote will be announced later this week.
Keep an eye out!

Finally... And this is a more touchy topic, but we may or may not introduce a weapon whitelist. thanks tribe. In all seriousness, having the whitelist will help to encourage a more competitive attitude. Gimmicks are only fun for the user. Not the receiver.
