Finally, WoW has 2 brand new servers which we hope will last for quite a long time. We have a surf server which runs popular surf maps 24/7 (yes, japan is in the mapcycle, but not running 24/7). We also have a fun server with deathmatch on running various fun maps.

If you would like us to upload new maps to either server, whether it's your favourite map or one you feel may populate the server, please let either myself, Madloco or Tweak know and we'll get on to it ASAP.

Continuing with my previous post, I am looking for anyone who could help pay for a server. The 18 slot for £26 for 3 months was a quote which is now expired. We have the following 2 options.

16 slots / 3 months = £23.52

18 slots / 3 months = £26.46

Although the servers would be slightly cheaper than that as I could work out a deal for the bulk buy. We could even get more slots, but it all depends on how many want to contribute to the server costs. Myself, Tweak and Zelda are in for definite. Thats £8.70 each to pay for an 18 slot every 3 months. Thats quite cheap in fact, but that could be even cheaper for all of us if more people were to help out. If we get enough, we could buy enough slots to create 2 servers.

You won't be just "paying" for a server, you'll be paying your share and will receive your share of the server. If anyone is interested please contact me on steam.

Hey guys, not spoke to some of you for a while. We recently had 2 servers running, but shutdown on 20th December 2008 due to their not being enough people contributing towards the server costs. In a few months time, I plan on buying a couple of servers (yes, a couple of months yet...). They may or may not be thecheb related, we'll see. I'm telling you so far in advance so if you wish to help contribute to the costs, you have plenty of time to sort out your method of payment.


Also, i'd like to let you guys know I plan on starting mapping again and creating surf maps, maybe de_ maps too, we'll see. I've already released 2 surf maps, surf_cheb and surf_trickle however neither I would say are great. I am looking to join a team who focus on building surf maps, to create some new maps the whole CS:S community would enjoy.
