Specifically, the map prefix will be indicative that it's made for this plugin, as opposed to the already existing kart_ and tfkart_ maps.

As discussed with chdata, tfrace_ is the prefix now, although probably will be support for tfr_ incase a mapper has a really long map name~

Actually instead of 'just playable' I'll wait till it's at a more nearly-finished point.

The latest vers of my bumpercar plugin fixes the orientation (not in all scenarios, when the plugin itself tries to give you a car on spawn). And actually I think code needs to be added so it does so when the command is used.

Just a note: The Bumper Cars plugin on Alliedmodders is not the mod we're planning here! This one will be a seperate one altogether. (Though it'll use a bunch of the same things anyway).

I plan to publish a github of it once it's at a near playable prototype, and go on from there.
