Okay I've seen enough posts that showed off the apparent RCE, and those posts look extremely fake. I'd still follow the recommendations though.

If this message is allowed to stay up, a post on another community's discord says that cathook dev found a way to do remote code execution, and that the API was also leaked. They recommended to also not play TF2 and to private your steam profile.
