Pretty elaborate scam. Poses as the Twitter user by the same name: @silkygrl. I reached out to them on Twitter and they don't have a Steam account... The Steam user added me asking to trade my weapon skin for cash on PayPal. The account looks pretty legit, right? Well your boy fell for it. Maybe you should review your whitelisted users because there's a pretty big tumor lurking around.
