The Mumble server has been moved from Amazon to Google.

No change should be perceptible on the User side, so connecting should be normal.

Let me know the ping times and if there is any annoying delay in it. It's been moved from Sydney to Taiwan.

It should still be fine, I never had latency with a 200ms Ping to it from the U.S, so I doubt this will change much for anyone sitting in Australia.
