"profesional" CS:GO team

okay boys, as u can see iw anna make this clan a more serious beeing.
I want to make a main team of 5 man, and for those 5 players set a day (like friday), on which there will be some games with that set team. those 5 players will all get a set task, so well have an awper, a caller, scnd awper and so forth.
AS soon as possible ill try to get this going, as some might now my hollidays are starting soon, in those holliday ill try to set all of htis up as good as posible, this is just an idea that i wanna work on, just lemme know whta u think.
