Today we have some big news. We have just started development for Starving Nights!

We will not be disclosing any information about Starving Nights until we feel we have a suitable graphics example, and as well as a game mechanic example.

If you haven't already, be sure to sign up for our newsletter at the top. It helps you keep in touch with what the StackUp Staff is doing around the office.

We would also like to apologize for the long wait period. We put ourselves in recovery mode due to the loss of a couple Staff Members but we are back and better than ever.

Howdy!

We are back and better than ever. Today in this announcement we have decided to create a game that will not be cancled half way through. The game will be called Starving Nights. As the title suggests, it will be a hardcore survival game, and have quite the disadvantage during night.

For a couple weeks now, I(iJonezi), have been stressing out about if this project will go well. Ive had my entire team quit out on me, and ran out of ideas or things to do for StackUp.

I decided, that I'm going to start up my own personal game creation company and do games that I feel would catch the public's eye.


I am unaware of what game I will personaly be creating, but I know that the company will still be called StackUp Studios, but will be focused on other games besides on sole product.

I apologize if this is any way changes your opinion on this creation company. I will admit I have tried to keep things running and going well, but it died out a little later on.

Currently I'm looking into creating games that will involve realism, enviromental aspects, errie feelings, and even horror games.

All will probably be based around Unreal Engine since thats what I am used to and know how to use.

StackUp Studios has decided opon two things.

StackUp will not be a standalone game. It will be apart of a series.

The series will be as follows(will be updated/changed)

StackUp
A less graphics demanding game. Much like old 2004 games, StackUp will be made with the use of minimal colors, while implementing stunning features, but not so stunning graphics.

This is because of the amount of experience this team of developers has, and the fact that there is only two people who are working on the games...

StackUp will have the same features as provided above. Some features however, are subject to removal.

StackUp: Evolved
StackUp: Evolved, will be a game that will be funded entirely, and some objects wont be made straight from scratch. By around 3 months after StackUp's release, we should(hopefully) have enough funds to create a Triple A(AAA) Title game, that will have stunning graphics, more features(even better than before), even more intense firefights, and a larger staff team.

We apolgize if this makes a difference to your opinion about StackUp Studio's current state on StackUp.

Now for the good news!

StackUp will be released MUCH EARILER than planned. We are expecting StackUp to go greenlight around November of this year, and hopefully be released by the start of 2017.

After 3 months of StackUp being released, we will begin working on StackUp: Evolved.
