Recently I found a very good YT chanel that does Soulstorm videos, some of you may already know it but others may not. If anyone is interested i recomend checking it out. I think it uploads about 1 video a day, but also does other W40k games like Dark Crusade.

Make shure to have 1.7.3 version with both tyranids and deamonhunters disabled as well as having the latest version 1.7.3.9 (Patch) this patch is very recent (18 Dec.).

As I posted a few months ago I will be hosting on Christmas a FFA tournament for the mod ultimate apocalypse on Sousltorm. I was hoping to be able to play the full release of the mod but since it won’t be coming up soon, I’ve decide it to host it on the Ultimate Apocalypse Patch - 1.73.8 version.

*I will also post this information on the forums so it’s easier for me to see how many people want to play and organize it better.

The format of this tournament, unlike the others we have hosted so far, will be FFA. Meaning that we will group players into FFA groups until we have only one winner. The groups will be randomized and also there isn’t a player limit for this tournament, I will just try to make it as big as we can and if not many ppl sign up we will just have a fun FFA with those that do show up.

The method of entry for this tournament is just to be in the group chat of the group 10 min before the tournament starts.

I would greatly appreciate if those who are interested in playing can post their name on the forums in order to let me know how many players we will approx. have.

I’m opting for this method of registration since previous tournaments plenty of people didn’t show up and didn’t even bother to read the rules so I will make it far more casual this time just get in the chat and join your corresponding FFA game.

If possible I will aim to conclude the tournament in the same day it starts but that depends on how much the matches last and the number of players participating.

As for prices I will give some games from my inventory to the winner and I will also throw in some random prices to the participants to thank them for their participation. The copies games that I will be giving are the following:

-2x Defy gravity
-2x Red faction guerrilla steam edition
-1xPayday the heist
-1xTank universal

**Note that I will only give 1 game per FFA group hosted meaning that if only 6 players show up for example and we get a 6 FFA game only the winner will receive one game of his/her choosing. If we get 3 groups for example I will give 4 games 1 for the winner and the other 3 for any of the players (except the winner) who participate.

Day of the tournament: 27 or 28 of December (depending on which day suits better for the most)

Hour: 18:00 GMT

---NOTE: As I have done with previous tournaments I am always willing to change the day and time if plenty of people want other days so please let me know if you have any suggestion.

Game rules: Anihilation, Standard resources,Standard resource generation,Game timer, Take and hold. I will also validate any other game rule set as long as all players within the group agree to it.

Map pool: Any FFA map (chosen by the players)

Also please renember to save your replays if you can.
