Donator is now unavailable, all donators have been upgraded to backer
Backer is being renamed to SP

SP will keep vehicles, physgun and prop spawning

All other commands are either now completely free or tied to the steam group




NUKES have been restricted to only me

Voicepacks, Model manager, Disguise menu are now all tied to the steam group instead of being donator perks
