So? Did Skepnad just pop and disappear like many others?

Yes, and No.

The team have RUST in that special compartment in our hearts. But the devs are relentlessly working on the game - and changing things - for the better, so as you´ve all seen, we has paused activity here.

The server is up though. Nearing 10 months now.

But I can´t resist to tell you what we at Skepnad STUDIOS are up to in other avenues. Some of you certainly has found our main Facebook-page url=https://www.facebook.com/skepnad]Skepnad STUDIOS[/url] - the big-brother to rust.skepnad.

Parts of the team is busy on Christian Svalanders classic pen-and-paper tabletop roleplaying game Fate of the Remnants. Currently featured on Kickstarter.

Thank You everone!

We have a really large Steam Community here - but in the coming week we hopefully can invite you all to our website as well - work is progressing, albeit slowly at times, as we have a real life to attend to sometimes too.
But with a website up, you´ll be able to have a direct link to us and our ambitions and maybe other players on the SKEPNAD server!

It turns out that we have a low playercount as many servers actually has. We are not worried as a long testrun of scripts and rules has taken up our attention instead of broadcasting our intentions. WE ARE NOT A BATTLEFIELD server, this is a HARDCORE, difficult SURVIVAL server. You will die, you will battle, you will skulk and lurk in pro-player environment.

We have custom rules and some other nice implementations for those who DARE take up the CHALLENGE from the regular RUST gun running.

So - as we often say. Stay tuned, drop by and carve yourself a place in our World as we intend to really broaden some gameplay concepts further down the road.

The server testing progresses, some scripting is tweaked and we are trying out functionality to hinder to many inconveniences once we start rolling out the Events and bigger features in the Skepnad World.

The world is not that densely populated yet, but a small following has set up camp and is ready for the apocalyse when it hits. We are truly trying t work in everybodys interest, so we don´t think the early adaptors have an unfair advantage, this will always be the case in any server, that somebody is more powerful than you. More info on this topic will follow, which leads us to our website...that is in the making.

The website will have a FAQ, plugin-tables, Loot Tables and other fun stuff for transparency, if You know how stuff works or how rare a Kevlar Helmet is, you surely will hang on to it!
We are determined to have a good functioning service once we go live, so keep on stopping by once in a while, both here and ing-game!

And keep in mind, new IP as of a hardware change/migration tomorrow friday!
