2. запускаете если не запускается(значит сеть тор заблокированы нужны мосты)
а) тогда через телеграмм заходим https://t.me/GetBridgesBot сюда берем последние поля
б) в настройках тора выбираем вкладку подключение
в) там выбираем "использовать мосты" и там пишем текст из телеграмм бота - все тор подключится к своей сети

4. в настройках выбираем вкладку "свои прокси" и там "использовать СВОЙ локальный Tor"
5. в графе "исключения" тыкае на стрелки в право-влево -><- и пишем

после обновления клиента и сервера до версии 7.641, вам нужно ПРАВИЛЬНО вписать ip адреса и порты ваших серверов чтоб мод заработал, если вы забудете это сделать мод просто не будет работать то есть вертолеты не будут летать.
Чтоб облегчить вам поиск ip адресов и помочь тем у кого ip адреса иногда выдаются разными для разных стран мы добавили блок "список ip адресов" там будут написаны всех ip адреса и порты серверов которые используют мод и вам нужно только их вписать.
