noob protection and stats/ranking removed, because server started lagging.

Also wipe jetzt oder gar nicht. Sonst ist der server bis dann tot und man hat sich an einen anderen gwöhnt.

I think the server needed a restart for authentication with facepunch.

Yesterday, some Players joined the server and they weren't very happy with our balancing. New Players without a clan can not start playing without beeing killed very often. To solve that Problem, i decided to install the following plugin:

Today we installed a plugin for checking online players with /users and a plugin for statistics, usable with the commands shown with /shelp.
