Hello all sausageriders!

I will show you how to make falukorv in an oven.

You will need:

550g falusausage
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 cup grated cheese
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
2 tomatoes
1 red onion
900g floury potatoes
2 cups milk
salt and pepper

This is how to make it:


Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.
Puree : Peel and boil the potatoes .

Falusausages : Cut slits in the sausage but not all the way down ( the sausage should stay together in the lower part ) . Place it in an ovenproof dish . Spread with mustard and ketchup. Sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs . Place in the oven for about 20 minutes .

Tomato Salad : Slice the tomatoes. Peel and slice the onion. Mix the onion with oil , vinegar, salt and pepper and serve as a dressing for tomatoes.

Mashed potatoes : Heat the milk in a saucepan. Drain the potatoes. Shock apart the potatoes and mix it with milk. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the sausages with mashed potatoes and tomatoes.

Enjoy the falusausage or as we say in Sweden "falukorv".
