get something to eat,drink and toilet

go over prac/strats an hour before a comp match

aim prac death match for 10-30minutes doing 2bullet headshots (rifle and deagle)

do stretchs or anything that you do before a comp match

listen to music with the last 5-10 minutes left and go over things.
