Too busy to keep stopping.
Looking to take ORP off soon.
Just a quick reminder that today at 5pm GMT we will be running a network wide reboot and maintenance check period as scheduled fort-nightly.
We expect the scheduled downtime to be no more than 30 - 60 minutes.
During this time you may see the control panel offline or your server status to say "Unknown" this is perfectly normal and there is no cause for alarm.
All servers will be stopped before the machines to rebooted.
To remind you why we run these scheduled reboot / maintenance periods: We want our customers servers to always be running at peak performance. We have found that after 2 weeks the I/O slows down by 20% - 40%. We also run an extended maintenance period 1 time per month which is a 2 hour downtime period to run defrags etc but this is typically done at 4am local when most server populations are at their minimum.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via support ticket.
Kind Regards,
Tech Support
