Fixed and updated hud files to match the latest client update release

hope nobody minds me posting this but if anyone still likes this hud but can't use it due to updates try this hud i think its the closest i have found to this http://www.sendspace.com/file/g71nyj

I am sorry everyone, but I have to stop working on updating this HUD. I'm getting weird errors that I have no idea how to fix and it would just be better to start from scratch.
