I do agree, trying to trade cards is the most obnoxious annoying thing, and the Steam Trading Card group chatroom is disgusting. And I'm not completely sure how to know if you won a game on your wishlist but I'm guessing Valve would let you know somehow, email alert, steam client notifications, or both.

It is really hard to craft summer badges. Also, trying to talk with people to trade, is the most difficult thing on the world
