General Info

Quick Background Story:

A few months ago I was forming a new team with semi-pro aspirations. I advertised my posts on JD & reddit, and quickly got quite a lot of response from people interested in trying out. So much interest that I was easily able to hold inhouse games as tryouts. Long story short... the team eventually did form, but I quickly realized that the inhouse games we played were some of the most fun I've had in DotA. DotA is much better when played with friends, and with a few known ground rules this group has been a success.

Vouching & Rules:

There are no concrete vouching requirements. However, a voice chat interview is required. Here's a list of what will be valued.

1. Similar skill level among all members. Must have intermediate to advanced knowledge of competitive level games. This knowledge must include roles, strategies, communication, drafting/team composition, game mechanics, and etc... 4500 solo MMR may be used as a poor benchmark of this knowledge.

2. Friendliness & maturity. We will not accept people with personality disorders, ragers, people that go on ego trips, and people with more enemies than friends. You don't have to be Mother Theresa, but you must always be well mannered. Being accepted and liked by all in the groups community is essential. It's very important that your team wants to play with you, and that you don't create conflicts with other members.

These values are not just for vouching, but also for current members. Removal from the group can easily occur with multiple occurrences of conflict.
