Someone put me in charge and I have no Idea what to do.

this is what we use to be:

[1] Garry's Mod server (not that populated but just enough for decent amount of players)
[2] VERY FUN addons yet we ended the server due to something, masterdoom1001 (server co-owner) never told me.
[3] I don't know.
