I will not be making one but I will be introducing you to a website that allows you to make and win raffles for free. The website is tf2r.com. All you have to do is sign in with your steam account and vuala! Go to public raffles to see the raffles made. Click on the title of the raffle to the right and then scroll down and there should be a button that says enter. Click it and you have entered the raffle!
