Hello everyone. I'm sorry that this group has been so quiet and that not much has been done. Parry Hotter and myself have been busy with college finals and those took priority to setting stuff up here. Sorry.

The good news is that summer is here and that means that Parry and myself will have more time to work with this group. I'm rethinking the way we're going to make the teams. Tryout games are great, but as with all lobby matches there's a risk for stacked teams and one or two people dominating the whole match. It's also hard to watch everyone during a match.

Here's what I'm thinking: let's have everyone who wants to play a position go on tf2 lobby and make a demo of them in a lobby. All that means is you record the whole match. No edits. Programs like Xfire are great for this (and free to install). We can still do tryout matches, but demos provide a better idea of what the player is seeing and how they react in a way that watching as a spectator in a match just doesn't provide.

Discuss here and if this sounds good then I'll put up a discussion thread for people to submit demos.

To answer the question of deadline, let's say the deadline would be mid june. Maybe June 15th or something.
