NYX Server has a RED PHONE.
(Trademark of NYX)

This RED PHONE is for public to call NYX Admins in case of emergencies. Such as Server crash, hackers, menaces, etc etc.

Calls SHOULD only be made when NO ADMINS are in the server.

ANY CALLS that are made with menace intent or pure spamming, the individual will be BLOCKED and DELETED off immediately.




RULES of NYX SERVER


Caught hacking and aimbotting -- 3 warnings.
1st - Will be asked politely to switch it off.
(Any Denial will not be acknowledged and 1st warning will still be served.)
2nd - Stern Warning
3rd - Pushed it. = Banned for 1 month.

Caught hacking but no sign of remorse plus obnoxious behaviour = Permanent Ban.

Menaces/Troublemakers
TKing and TAing ---- Disarm player or admin may jump straight to Temporary Ban.
Temp ban - depending on admin - 10- 30 mins ban.
Upon first warning, admin need to inform that if the menace still persist on disrupting the game, they will be Permanently banned.

Microphone/type spammers -- will be PermanentlyGagged (Maximum 1 Day).
To undo Permanent Gag, he/she/them has to apologizes publicly.

Vulgarities through Microphone or Type ---- Only rule for that is ----- you MAY use vulgarities but not direct it to anyone. (BUT) ----- If however, you take advantage of the rule that you may use vulgarities but not direct it to anyone, and howeverso still manage to cause player(s) to feel uncomfortable. You will be Permanently Gagged.
