What is Not pro, but decent?

N.P.B.D. is simply just a group of hand selected individuals who play CSGO on a regular basis and are decent if not better at their rank. Only supportive and non-toxic players are allowed in this group.

If you've been invited to N.P.B.D then you are decent if not better than your given rank.
