The more we play, the better our skill, the better our skill, the more we can achieve. On our way to regain pro team status, we need to remove and add some things, to become much more corporate and formal while still keeping players and customs.

We have demoted a few players,

Olka (Active Player -> Backup Player)
-We do realise the Irony of demoting someone for playing for another team more often can drift team members further apart, however, as new people try out for us, olka hasn't stayed with us long. When the roster started, we had a nice week until she resumed playing for Team Family Guy (Family :)))) ) and she has it more comfortable there, where she plays mostly because of info arguments with dawid. We were worried she would leave the team, but she has reassured us she will stay in north. Unfortunately due to personal reasons, she can't play with us as often and plays better with Family Guy, which now makes her a Backup Player. She was second best in our team and we were glad to have her!

neX (Backup Player -> No Longer In North)
Sometimes, people don't know what they're doing, and neX joined us without knowing he actually JOINED us. I'm not making a fool out of him, but he never replied to us, accepted our Backup Player Requests or even asked about us. For that reason, we demote him to Fan.

ixi (Backup Player -> No Longer In North)
ixi was a alright player for us, and he actually had good attendance, however his communication wasn't the best and he refused to wear the clan tag sometimes. We now rely on ValveMM, CSGOLFG, CSGOLTP and recruits.

Kovval (Backup Player -> We aren't really sure...)
Kovval was one of the first attending Backup's we had! Not only that but he plays well and has alright communication. Similarly, he refused to use the Clan Tag a bit more than ixi, like as if he should be ashamed to be in North, personally, I think he enjoys playing with us but isn't looking for a team, joining us only to support us. Please message me to figure something out!

Krychold/ Turkish Kebab ( Active -> Backup -> Also aren't sure, but may be back to Backup)
Our first game with krychold, was - not going to lie - terrible. In the beginning of the game Krychold had technical issues and got kicked by the server for Inactivity in Spawn, and we haven't played since. However, recently, we have played with him and his skills are good but his schedule is as good. Schedule aside, we played 5 games with him yesterday, but we had a problem with the Clan Tag, because he has a troll bind that changed his clan tag to different cheats every time he moves, and changing that would be a pain. I find it funny as well, however he can't really play with us unless he puts the Clan Tag on. We will play with him in the future for sure, just need to iron some things out.

Wow that was a long list...
Anyway to the next thing:

Our matches will move to more Professional Organisations to climb up our ladder to Major Qualification;

-We will start transferring our players to Faceit,
-Recreate a team on faceit,
-Repeat these steps on esportal and ESEA

-Basically we will start playing on;

AAAAND our Changes will be announced in this format, "Changes to North, (Change Version)"!
