The Game

Beyond Earth is a Open World, Space Exploration Survival game taking place in the year 2152. After many years of taking resources from our earth, we have created our own destruction, the planet can take no more and the atmosphere has started breaking down, the waters have become poison and the resources have been depleted. A new planet has been discovered 1754 light years away and you have been chosen as one of the few for a recolonization exploration team to travel to the new planet. Over 100 ships have been loaded with resources and people to start over on the new planet. Your journey will be long and you will be put into hyper sleep until you reach the new planet. During the trip to the new planet the fleet of ships hit an asteroid belt , some ships are thrown off course and some are even destroyed. The ship you are in was damaged and headed towards an unknown planet . As the ship enters the atmosphere it is broke apart and crashes down over the planet. Luckily the piece you are in crashes into a body of water, you wake suddenly and confused to what has happened. As the ship is sinking you must break yourself free, escape to dry ground and figure out what just happened . You are on an unknown planet, do you have what it takes to survive, your adventure begins here, good luck.

GamePlay

Welcome to Exodus Beyond Earth Part 1. This is a First person Survival game. You will need to explore the planet to find resources needed to survive, and build your skill level up . You will have to build you a base and recover information from broken up pieces of the ship as you discover them. At this time there is no way off of the planet and you will need to do what ever you can to survive. New plants and creatures roam the planet and will make the challenge that much harder. Survival

Survival is the area that most games have a hard time finding a good balance. Our system is setup to give you a great survival experience without having to grind 24/7 . Survival is only part of the game and should be treated that way. Don't get me wrong , you still have to eat, drink, rest, and keep from getting sick. Even with all this you will have plenty of time to do other things. We don't want to give to much away but lets just say we think you will find it to be a very good balance for a survival game. Survival is not only about these issues, you also have to worry about other threats that will be lurking about.

Crafting

For those of you that like to craft, you are going to love our crafting system. You cant just craft everything right in your inventory, we feel like that is boring and to unrealistic. Our crafting system is another feature that is tied in with the skill and blueprint setup. We have different machines and work stations to craft the items you will need and be using in the game. There are dozens of items to craft so you can build and survive on the new planet.

Building

Another feature that we are very proud of. We don't think most survival games have enough building items in them to keep you happy. With 100's of building items you will be able to build the base of your dreams. Being gamers ourselves we know how much players love to build bases. Our building system is set up on a slot system and there are many many options to choose from, floors, walls, ceilings, door frames, doors, windows, glass pieces, columns, stairs, ramps, elevators, and tons of decor. You can truly customize your base the way you want to.Its not just one style of floor and walls, but dozens, you will truly enjoy building your base in our game, and for those of you that don't like to spend a lot of time building , you can find blueprints of prefab bases that can get you a cool base in no time. Building is some players favorite thing to do in a game and we thought about you when we designed our game.

We have two expansions planned for this game that will allow the player to leave the planet and explore a very large galaxy. We wanted to start small and show the world what we can do before we go to the next stage. Thank you for any and all help to get this project to the next stage..
