Ubisoft has been giving away a free game each month for the past 6 months. and now all 6, plus Assassin's Creed 3 are free from Dec 15th to Dec 18th.
The downside is that you need a Ubisoft/UPlay account.

AC3 and The Crew seem to have online play. We should play sometime. :)
