We try are best to beable to answer tickets withing 10-20mins and to beable to fully resolve and network or hardware issue in 30Mins flat too beable to keep your service online at all times.
Should a machine decide to go offline, because of hardware failure, We always have backups of your service and there's always spares "on-site" on the Datacenter - And it will be replaced withing 30Mins.
However being in business for a year now. We have not yet experienced any hardware failures.
