We are making some policy changes that we would like you all to be aware of:

Every night, between the hours of 8:00pm and 11:00pm, our server will remain on whichever CAL map is next in rotation. For now, it's Contra. Those of you to whom Prox has entrusted Admin Privileges are the ones who will make this happen. If you come online some time between 8pm and 11pm and you see that the server is not on Contra, please join the server and change the map to Contra. This part of the plan is mandatory.

We are also requesting that any Nano members that happen to be ingame during this time be in our server. You don't need to warm up on iceworld or scoutzknivez. Warm up on Contra. If some extraneous situation prevents you from playing "de" maps, that's fine. It's just a request, not a command.

If there are 5 or more Nanos in our server, we are strongly suggesting that they either find a scrim, or password the server and practice strats/spots.

We think everyone should download mIRC, and learn to use it. It's has infinitely more functions than just finding scrims. You'll thank us when you're older.

And last but not least, if you want desperately to be on the CAL lineup for the next match, show up 1-2 hours before the match starts, to show that you really want it.
This will also give us an opportunity to gauge who is playing well that day and who is not, and who has taken the time the previous week to learn the current CAL map the best.
If you are online and practicing before someone else who is exhibiting a skill level equal to your own, you will be given first dibs.
We acknowledge that some days a given player will be the most skilled in the clan, and other days perhaps the least skilled.
We also acknowledge that from map to map, different players are going to shine above the others.
For this reason we are not guaranteeing spots on the lineup to anyone. Everybody needs to practice as if they were going to be one of the five in the match. It's not a waste of time for you, because if we learn a map really well, we can scrim that map during off-season. And many of the maps repeat from season to season, so you will get another chance to match on it.

I watched the 4/21/07 match between coL and Hyper!; if you watch that one, pay close attention to "Frod" - that kid is insane.

Put the unzipped file in your cstrike folder, then start up source and type "demoui" in console.
