N|A Is... games, friends, family, adventure.

N|A is a long time clan out of DFW Texas. We are a group of friends and family who share in the love of gaming and geekyness.

N|A was first formed in 2002 under the name Mach One Racing, and has been involved in many facets of the gaming community throughout the years. N|A ran a monthly LAN event, rotating between members' homes from 2002 until 2004. In 2004, N|A opened it's very own PC Gaming store named The Source Gaming Center. After the store closed at the end of 2005, member of N|A started up the widely successful local LAN Party Peace, Love, and Rockets. During this time, N|A also assisted with volunteering for QuakeCon, World Series of Video Gaming, Cyber Athlete Professional League, and RogCon.

After establishing this event as a stable ongoing event in DFW, members of N|A moved on to create The Texan Gamer, focused on becoming a media outlet and offering support services to any event trying to get off the ground or stay afloat in the DFW area. The Texan Gamer provided gaming news, reviews, event photography, tournament support, and Gaming Center advertisement. The Texan Gamer was involved in assisting Peace, Love, and Rockets, GhettoLAN Party, HyperLAN, and randomLAN with tournaments, projectors, photography, concession sales. At it's peak, The Texan Gamer also ran the BYOC Tournaments division of the annual QuakeCon event, North America's largest LAN Party.

After a successful run, The Texan Gamer brand was converted to vLAN Party in an attempt to bring the focus back to just gaming events. vLAN Party attempted to bring the local LAN environment to the internet through the creative use of Twitch, Ventrillo, Skype, and Youtube. Unfortunately interest in this idea did not resonate within the community, and the project is currently in a dormant state.

N|A exists today simply as a group of friends looking to keep traditions alive and experience the joys of gaming.
