As likely everyone knows, mod tool support has been added to Black Ops, yet the mod tools have not been released yet.

You can bypass the mod tools and host mods using this tutorial:

Since you can now go into SERVER BROWSER -> Unranked and switch 'MODS' to 'YES' to find modded servers, I do not feel that there is a need to be running this group anymore.

It's patched. Other people cannot join a person using modloader.
