RULES UPDATED: Trebuchet & War Declaration Added

-Role-playing should be your top priority. You MUST RP your character.
-Any weapon or capturing utility (rope, cuffs, etc.) you use MUST be visible to the opposing player.
-No failing to value your own life (i.e. Baiting yourself).
-No inappropriate naming of characters.
-NOTE: ONLY LETTERS IN NAMES. Any names with special characters will be banned.


-You must initiate HOSTILE RP before entering ANY KIND OF combat/raid.
-When roping a player, you must have initiated hostile RP before even beginning the roping process.


-No building around bases to get in.
-No glitching or exploiting the flaws/bugs of the game.
-No OOC advertising (your website, server, teamspeak, etc.).

-No returning to the site of your death for 15 minutes.
NOTE: You may retrieve your items if your killer agrees.
-No RP on your previous life (excluding friends, family, guild, etc).

-If your crest is destroyed, the raid is over. Your opponent has won.
-No hiding crests.
-No building inside of other peoples bases.
-This includes player businesses.

-The base you are raiding must have at least one of its residents online in the server.
-You must let the resident know you are raiding through chat.
-You must report the war/base raid on the forums. You must wait 30 minutes of preparation time after posting/before raiding.
-The trebuchet may only be used to enter a base. After an entry point has been made, you must attack/breach on foot.


-ONLY Lock Picking FOR THIEVERY is allowed. No Thieving through destroying blocks, that is classified as Base Raiding.
-No secret or hidden chests.
-Thieves cannot kill sleepers when thieving.
- If a thief is caught in another player's home, they can be KOSed.

-With regards to no offline raiding, never kill sleepers in a house that is found open. NOTE: Currently, there is a bug that shows your gates open server-side, but closed client-side. After this bug is fixed, this rule will be removed.

-Any OOC trash talk is an instant ban. Come into the TeamSpeak and discuss your issue with us.

-We do developer reports on players many times a day. If we see anything out of the ordinary, you will be questioned and conceivably banned.

-If the current King is online, there is no stealing of the throne allowed. You must kill the king within RP FIRST.
NOTE: This does not apply if the King is cowering or retreating.
-You must wait 10 minutes after server restart to begin an attempt to claim the throne.
-While King, you must actively RP or be publicly hung from the gallows.
-No “sacrificing” civilians
-Every wall on the King’s bridge must have a door or gate.
-MAXIMUM two walls on the bridge
-No wall building on the King’s keep.
