Another list straight from the meta.

1) Lycan, Brewmaster, Furion, Chen
2) Dark Seer, Invoker, Brood, Lesh, WR, SK, Enigma
3) POTM, QoP, Morph, Storm, Enchant, Veno, CM, Beast, Tide, ES, AM

Notes:

1) PL was the only real change to the game and as expected he has not entered the meta. It is possible to run him however.

2) Brood despite staying in tier 2 is seeing a lot more picks lately. With just a PMS and a soul ring she can apply heavy pressure to any lane. Can be countered by a Dark Seer or Sand King. I'm considering creating more tiers to give a clearer idea of where heroes stand.

3) ES has also seen the light of day as teams are using him for his fissure. The fissure sets up the team for follow up stuns and he can be useful even without a dagger with good fissures.

Predictions:

Teams are looking for more ways to start up fights as successful ganks and engagements mean towers taken and a gold + exp advantage. Void will probably be a big force as he can set up a very big countergank using his ultimate. He is still however very weak without items so time will tell if he can be used successfully.

Modifying Void's build to an earlier game build however may just be what void needs so experimentation with things such as a drum build could be good.

A new meta appears!

People are starting to run strats that rely on using a tank like hero to soak up aggro. It is a very annoying idea.

Examples of this include,

1) Running a krobelus who runs in and out and does damage by just walking in ult. She walks in first, survives then walks back out. This makes the other team wastes all their nukes on her and then clean up can be done when she runs out.

2) Running a somewhat tanky hero + Chen. Chen just ults and meks the tank hero after he goes in and then the team laughs it off and goes in.

3) Running a dazzle with a generally tanky lineup. They will be unable to burst down any of the heroes and dazzle can sustain them. In case they do near burst down a hero Dazzle can just cast shallow grave.

Best way to work around this strategy will be to single target burst down the tank, or healer. We'll just run BH a few times. We have also had success with me on Chen so we'll try that again sometime but I would prefer to experiment.
