[UPDATE] Spawn Fixes

[Deathmatch]
- Fixed de_dust2 spawns where players were getting stuck in the ground and walls.

[Retake]
- Fixed de_dust2 spawns where players were spawning in wrong places.

I'll be fixing nuke retake soon.

[UPDATE] DM Servers - New Features

[General]
- Added Personal Headshot Only Mode (type hs in the chat)
- No respawn needed for gun change
- Reduced respawn time

[Headshot Only Server]
- Body shots will no longer make make sounds and produce blood

These updates are still being tested. Let me know if you guys are facing any bugs

If ever major servers were to close.. Im glad to experience it :)

Hi, the servers have halted its operations. To make it simple, we're closing. No updates on MAJOR's side to revive the server. There are other plans but i'm not sure.
