For 6 weeks our group's chat room has been crashing multiple times a day. This is unacceptable for a group about meeting new people and chatting. Since steam support hasn't replied in over a month and the support forums haven't has an answer, we're forced to shut down and move to a new location.

I hope you all have enjoyed your time here. I can only apologize for the inconvenience, and hope that steam won't completely screw us over twice in a row.

Hey everyone,

We've been having problems with the chat room ghosting, so far just today I count 5 times. We have a support ticket in to fix it, but more likely we hope it will be fixed during Tuesday's routine maintenence.

For those who don't know what chat room ghosting is: the chat room will randomly reset and become empty. Everyone previously in the chat room will receive no notification and will not be able to send/receive any messages. The only fix it is to leave and rejoin.

We all hope it's fixed soon, as we are one of a few other groups experiencing these issues. Thanks for being patient!
