All-talk on: Everyone hears everyone, alive or dead, red or blu. Anyone abusing this to 'ghost' or help teammates with the camera angles they get when dead will be disciplined.

All-talk off: Team chat is on. An external plugin that requires each user to configurate will be installed, allowing a second mic button which will then speak to the entire server. This option allows team-only chat, while giving regular server users a way to chat to everyone. It's better in theory, but requires user set-up.
