The pillars that come down have 3 different sets that will randomly be chosen to come down on the boss wave so its mixes it up

We meet again,

I ran into some big spawning issues with this map. With how Cell is setup I cannot just place the regular spawns that are used on other maps that do everything for me.

I instead need individual spawns that only trigger with certain locations.

The issue was that some of these individual spawns were not working at all how I wanted them to and it has taken a great amount of trial and error to get them working.

But at last I want to let everyone know the Spawns, Level Movement, Boss Spawning, and generally everything is working as planned now.

All I need to do is set everything up and there will be a playable version without the visual pass. It would be basically a alpha test for the map.

Hey everyone.

It is slow moving for this map as I plug away what time I can get. I wanted to update everyone that I got all the moving parts done for the map!

1 of the 6 rooms open up randomly on wave start and at round end the Ceiling comes down slowly to crush those that don't want to leave, or take too long to leave ;)

On boss waves the floor does not move and all 6 rooms open so its a big playing space for the boss fight.

What I am doing next:
- Figuring out how to manage the spawns so they only spawn in the room that was opened
- Also figure out how to do the boss spawn in the middle and activate all spawns at once for the boss fights.
- Set down the pathing
- Put down basic lighting and the game essentials

After I get the basic gameplay done I will be releasing a playtest for THIS GROUP ONLY.

I don't have a server and will need someone to host for these playtests in the future, if you have a server please let me know in the comments.

Summary:
So here is the concept for this map summed up.

In the center of this level is the trader. In this center there are 6 areas that can be accessed from this point.

What I am going to do is have on of these six areas randomly open each wave to play on so where everyone has to go is randomized.

At the start of the wave the center floors will retract into the walls, a pillar comes down and anyone in the center dies if they don't go into the new area.

After the wave is over and the area that the players are in ceiling will start to slowly come down and crush anyone who doesn't go back to the center. The center floors will come back out, pillar will rise along with trader and we start at the beginning again.
