a bad HUD, for bad players

Far, FAR from finished, but at least we've got the bare bones down. Remember to disable minmode.

I won't be making any changes to the comp matchmaking UI, because all of that is likely to change roughly Every Single Patch. I will be updating it to add in whatever changes Valve adds in, however.
