@Lazy Sausage ,If you wanna optimise as much as possible, During Summer & Winter sales would be the ideal time to craft, in my case, I simply don't care and will just buy/craft whenever

Worth waiting to craft badges to get sales event cards or no? I used to do it in the past but I stopped levelling my steam profile for a number of years now. I've only started getting back into fairly recently

The LVL/XP Table is for you to see what you need to reach the required Level 120.

It clearly says:
User with a level lower as 120 are not allowed (except the founder)
