I am having an issue with the Center anti-cheat. When the website became fully operational again, I reinstalled the anti-cheat and played a match. However, at the start of the match, the anti-cheat removed me from the game.

I attempted to rejoin, but the anti-cheat no longer runs and instead shows a Windows message stating: “This app can’t run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher.”

This has already happened to me twice, and I believe I may now be banned because of this issue. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

@sheo I actually meant about that i got banned in my smurf account, the reason is : Smurfing, and the pages says that I have only 2 accounts allowed and like I said the account that the page shows is not mine, i mean i've never played in center before with that account, it's not even able to play because it doesnt have the neccesary games to play, I could send u the id of the steam account so u can see that, i've never log in center with the account that is not mine btw

@most , I see no problems with your account, you should be able to play. If you have another account, which is banned, but you believe it shouldn't be banned, make an appeal from there. But it will require another subscription.
Or just stick with your main account

Hi sheo, i had a problem with my account because i saw that in center u can have 2 accounts your main and your smurf, and in the smurf one i saw that im got banned 450 years. The page says that I have two account allowed : This account where im writing this and other account that is not mine at all, i mean that account doesnt even have the games neccesary to play (the page says that is like 75 games or smthn ) thats my friends account but i never played in center with that account, i wanted to buy the vip but i already bought it in this account to appeal so thats why im telling u this here.

I'm not sure what's causing the issue. The number of players currently playing is quite normal.
Looks like some Cloudflare datacenter lost onnection to the site server ip..
I will switch to a different server in a few hours, during a low activity time, this should help. But for now there is not much we can do
