Creation of Congress Poland Suspended.

Due to the recent events happening in the Russian Empire, the creation of Congress Poland has been suspended until futher notice under a Imperial Veto.
Do not leave however! Congress Poland still has the opportunity to be created!
Support the Tsar in these troubling times against those who from inside Russia would want to see our downfall. Thank you, and Long Live Poland!
